Carolyn Dawn Johnson

Carolyn Dawn Johnson was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta. In 1995, she moved to Nashville to pursue her musical ambitions. Johnson soon signed with Arista Records and began working on her first solo recording, Georgia, which quickly landed on the R&R and Billboard charts. She has written and co-written tunes for some of the hottest names in country music, including SheDaisy, Pam Tillis, and Patty Loveless, and won a ‘Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year’ award for the 1999 hit number, Single White Female, which she wrote with Chely Wright. See her at Alberta Scene and you’ll know why so many in the music industry are raving about her!

Emerson Drive

Six hard years of touring paid off for Alberta's Emerson Drive when a
Nashville showcase impressed industry powerhouse Dreamworks into
offering a contract in 2001. The band's self-titled debut arrived in May
of the following year. Career highlights include last summer's amazing
North American Tour with Shania Twain. Songs by Emerson Drive like It's
All About You are high-voltage fun, while others like Light Of Day bring
romance and lush harmonies to the mix.

George Canyon

George Canyon has a voice that doesn't quit and plays guitar
like he was born with it. Canyon has shared the bill with the likes of
Tim McGraw, Brooks and Dunn, and Loretta
Lynn, and was season-two runner-up amongst some very heady competition for 'Nashville Star', country music's answer to American Idol. The video for George Canyon's new single, My Name was added into heavy rotation at
CMT Canada. The response from fans has been overwhelming!
