Corb Lund Band

Since forming in 1994, the Corb Lund Band has developed into a blazing roots-country band. Their highly acclaimed CD, Five Dollar Bill, was nominated for four Canadian music industry awards, including a Juno for Best Roots and Traditional album. Descended from four generations of Alberta ranchers and cowboys, Corb Lund writes songs that are peppered with imagery of bronco riding, cattle ranching, card playing and bootlegging whiskey. An evening of Corb Lund’s music will have you hankering for the wide open skies of the great outdoors.

Mike Plume

Mike Plume bought his first guitar in 1985, just before moving to Bonnyville, Alberta. From 1987 through 1993, he toured all over western Canada in various rock and roll bands. But for the most part, he spent a lot of time playing guitar and learning a truckload of songs. He soon became confident as a songwriter. “I put out my first album in 1993, and from then ‘til now it's been at least 20 guitars, a ton of miles, a boatload of shows, a handful of records and more fun, laughs and friends than anyone should be allowed,” says Plume. He now divides the bulk of his time between Edmonton and Nashville.

Tim Hus

Tim Hus is being hailed as the next Stompin' Tom with his distinct brand of down-to-earth country and roots music.
